Logik Logistics International is a UK-headquartered company specialising in time-critical, 24/7 and on-demand, just-in-time logistics solutions, including express road and air freight, aircraft charter, On Board Courier (OBC) services, and specialised handling for time-critical shipments.

With a revenue of €9.7 million in the 2021-22 fiscal year and 115 employees, UT Transport has experienced a steady growth since 2000. Its core operations include distribution and delivery, with terminals in key Swedish locations such as Umeå, Luleå, Gällivare, Sundsvall, and Östersund.

TLS Group covers the Scandinavian logistics market, offering a comprehensive suite of services specifically tailored to sensitive equipment and specialised needs. This includes packing, dismantling, secure storage solutions, and even on-site setup, ensuring seamless client experiences across the entire logistics chain.

As the largest supplier of courier services in northern Norway, Tromsø Budbil Sentral (TBS) has been operating in the territory for the past 20 years, featuring a fleet of temperature-controlled vehicles with a payload of up to 8,000 kg. With a route network spanning from Hammerfest to Bodø, TBS is the leading logistics provider of dependable, fast solutions in northern Norway.

FOMAB was founded in 2007 and specialised in last-mile distribution and transport services across the north of Sweden, with strong local knowledge and presence.

Since 2025, FOMAB has been fully integrated into UT Transport i Norr AB, part of DANX Carousel Group. Its operations now form part of UT’s organisation, combining local expertise with access to a wider network, additional resources and broader capabilities.

Moving more than 130 million shipments per year, ILS has an extensive automotive-focused distribution, PUDOs and warehousing network across Poland. With its 3 logistics centres and over 164,000 sqm of warehouse space, ILS also counts 10 terminals, 3 main and 7 local ones.
