It depends on the channel. The web portal needs no integration at all, with your team booking and tracking shipments the same day. EDI and API integrations are scoped during onboarding based on your systems and volume.
Both. Gateway®’s web and mobile interfaces support different access levels, so you can extend tracking and self-service to your own customers or engineers, not just your internal team.
